4. Lunch included in the package is based on the allocated meal value, while additional food or beverages ordered will be at the guest’s own expense.
5. Personal travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants joining the tour.
6. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, delay, or damage incurred during the tour.
7. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed activities, or voluntary withdrawal from the tour after commencement.
8. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the company’s cancellation policy and notice period requirements.
9. Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by guests in advance.

1. Accommodation reservations arranged through the Taman Negara tour operator are refundable if cancellation is made more than 90 days before the tour date. Cancellations made within 90 days of the tour date will be non-refundable.
2. Once the accommodation booking has been confirmed and falls within the non-refundable period, no refund will be provided for cancellation, amendment, reduction of stay, no-show, or unused accommodation services.
3. Accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. In the event that the selected room category is unavailable, a similar room category may be provided.
