4. Lunch included in the package is based on the allocated meal value, while additional food or beverages ordered will be at the guest’s own expense.
5. Personal travel insurance is highly recommended for all participants joining the tour.
6. The company shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, injury, accident, delay, or damage incurred during the tour.
7. No refunds will be provided for unused services, missed activities, or voluntary withdrawal from the tour after commencement.
8. Cancellation and refund requests are subject to the company’s cancellation policy and notice period requirements.
9. Photos and videos taken during the tour may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by guests in advance.
10. By participating in the tour, guests agree to follow the instructions of the tour guide and comply with local laws and regulations for safety and operational purposes.

4. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services after the tour has commenced.
5. Refund processing time may take between 7 to 14 working days depending on the payment method and financial institution.
6. In the event of severe weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen operational circumstances, the company reserves the right to reschedule the tour or provide alternative arrangements.
